2012 – 2018

VOGELWEID is planning a building complex for the client, SAAS TOURIST AG, a tourism investment company, on one of the highest European Alpine plateaus above the world-famous ski destination of Saas Fee, at an elevation of over 1,900 metres above sea level, with managed holiday properties for international holiday guests and property-oriented investors.

Twelve building complexes in Alpine chalet style, as single chalet or divided into several units, together create an urban context within the challenging infrastructural conditions of the Alpine region.

The project volume amounts to 45 million Swiss francs and is being implemented in tactical, structured phases between 2012 and 2018.
