On the basis of its experience in tourist property developments, VOGELWEID acted as consultant and sales partner for the DACH region in supporting the Europe-wide positioning for THE KEYS.

Existing customers from the ‘winter’, i.e. from the Alpine and High Alpine regions in the snow, were strategically made aware of the ‘summer’ by the sea at one of the most beautiful places in Europe. VOGELWEID acted as ‘bridge-builder’ between the German-speaking countries, the Portuguese conditions on the ground and the English developers of this unique project in Quinta do Lago/ Algarve, the Mecca for top-level golfers.

THE KEYS is currently operated by a global investor as an exclusive resort complex and serves primarily an Anglo-Saxon clientele during the core holiday weeks between April and October.
