VOGELWEID is an investment company for alternative investments and real estate. The focus is on the analysis, optimisation, preservation, acquisition and realisation of portfolios and structures. Long-term and sustainability are the credo.  VOGELWEID is based in Switzerland and operates internationally.

Property specialist and business developer Harald C. Jaeger brings 30 years of experience in the property sector and corresponding client relationships to his environment.

The core markets for his property expertise are in Switzerland. The Bernese Oberland on Lake Thun with the Thun/Spiez/Interlaken axis and the Jungfrau region. The Valais with the high valleys of Saas-Fee/Saastal and Zermatt.

Other locations outside Switzerland include Portugal with the greater Lisbon area, the UK with the greater London area, Spain with a focus on the Balearic Islands, and Germany with the Rhine-Main area and the Rhine-Neckar region.

As a Swiss national, he has always been able to grasp and develop the world of property with the client's need for further investment. His positions as a property broker (D-A-CH) and later as an international project developer for predominantly tourist property concepts have formed the networks across faculties.

As an investor at dicehub GmbH, Harald C. Jaeger also supports the communication and coordination of other investor groups. The tech company dicehub.com is building a cloud-based all-in-one platform for engineers and architects in the fields of simulation and data management.

​

From 2000-2004, he was a lecturer at the Southwest German Academy of Real Estate Management, Wiesbaden, Department of Real Estate Management.

Harald C. Jaeger is married and has an adult son and a bonus son. His favourite sport is rowing.
